On November 1st of 2022 I went to this business to have my screen on my ******* Galaxy S22 Ultra Repaired. This was done here and I also purchased what I thought to be an official OtterBox case as well. This cost me a total of $550. On December 31st of 2022 my screen began to glitch then totally became unusable throughout the next hour. I took my case off for the first time after this business put it on in November to discover that they did not properly seal the back panel of my device after repairing the screen which allowed moisture from the air to enter the device also due to the case they sold me being marketed as an official OtterBox case which would protect my device from the elements turning out to be a knockoff case which would only protect the device from falling or dropping the device. Now my device is inoperable due to the negligence, carelessness of the service provided and fictitious case they've sold me. On January 2nd of 2023 I returned to this business to request a no cost and proper repair of the device after their improper prior repair rendered the device inoperable. I was denied this service unless I paid for it again. I declined this offer. I was met with total rejection of responsibility and total disregard of what they had done wrong which is not seal the device correcly after repairing it and sell me a fake device case in a package for an official OtterBox device case being the cause of this issue and the only cause of the issue as well as not my fault whatsoever that my device is now inoperable.

After two trips to have our iphone fixed and a charge of $162.28 for according to this man, a battery and something on the switch. We returned 3 more times with the same issue, and the last time he "Sunny" charged us another $108.25 for another battery and also he changed our phone case without permission. He stated he did not needed my permission. He refused to return the one provided with the iphone in perfect condition. We are Elderly people and feel very much taken advantage of. This business was committed to provide us with as he advertises, repairing the phone, The business never tried to resolve the problem. By the way the iphone still not functioning right. We would like our money returned so we can go to another business to repair the phone.

Brought two I pads to be fixed to this business. The fist one was fixed but still had problems with buttons not working screen not working. I paid 170$ for the first one, and was willing to overlook the problems because it still semi worked. I took my second I pad there he repaired it. When I got home I my wife noticed a dark line on the screen, we took it back to the shop and the owner said no refunds and blamed us for breaking it again. The no refund policy was not printed on the receipt and was not relayed to me in any way. This cost was 200$. So I have spent almost 400$ on iPads that are not fixed. He said he would charge us to fix it again. i believe this is false advertising and bad business.
