We used Eco Kitchens to remodel our home in 2019. In 2020 the floors started popping up all through house so much so that we would trip on the flooring which caused safety concerns for my children. We contacted Eco Kitchens and they hired an inspector to determine if flooring issues was manufacturings fault or their fault. Inspector determined it was in fact ECO Kitchens fault and that the floors were not installed correctly. I was told they would make it right and redo flooring properly within a couple weeks. I tried to be patient and understanding but months started to go on with no progress on floors. After getting ***** with them, they came and redid half of floors because they ran out. I was told they would order more and would be back in a couple weeks. Again, months went on with nothing done. And, the floors in the bathroom started popping up again. January 2023 I contacted ***** and asked when I can expect my floors to be done. He said he was going to do them in November but I didn't respond to his text that said, "looking like it's going to be next week." When I pointed out that I didn't respond to his vague message because it was my son's birthday and that he never contacted me with a specific day to come and for him to blame me for only being patient with them was very unprofessional, I never heard back from them. My floors are still incomplete and coming up, they chipped the flooring by front door when they redid part of house which they also never fixed. We paid over $20,000 for the complete remodel and I strongly feel for them to take our money but leave us with incomplete floors that are popping up is completely wrong. Especially given that the inspector did in fact determine it was their error. I would like a refund for my floors, not entire house of course as the cabinets and everything seems to be okay, but I would like the cost of my floors refunded so that I may go find someone else capable of completing the job.
