I just noticed that I had credit card charges from ********************* Termite for services from Cost Less Pest that were not received since as early as the pandemic lockdowns started in 2020, maybe longer.I filed a dispute with my credit card company, but they were only able to file as far back as February 2022. Thankfully, they also put a stop on the recurring charges.My credit card company confirmed that I've been charged on the 28th of each month since June 2020. Unfortunately, that is as far back as they can research.I tried calling Cost Less Pest (6/23/22) and the number was disconnected. I also left a VM with *** (6/23/22) and am awaiting his reply. I would like to receive a refund for the 20 months I've been charged since June 2020 through January 2022. Cost Less Pest and *** have not provided the services they charged me for. I've worked exclusively from home since 2013, so I know when they stop by for service because I also chat with the technician. Cost Less Pest also provides me with invoices after the job is complete, which I have never received for the longest time.This is an unacceptable business practice and I will seek legal counsel if this cannot be resolved through the BBB.
