I made payments to Recology for trash service on the following dates: 4/18/22 $130 7/11/22 $150 10/3/22 $220 I was refered to *************** as the point of contact. I have emailed the requested documents to prove payment along with confirmation number from my bank, ************ I have now sent emails to Recology on 10/13/22, 10/27/22, 11/15/22 without a resolution. I have also not received a response from the 10/27 & 11/15 follow-up emails that I sent. I am now starting to feel as if Recology is trying to avoid me. I would appreciate assistance in correcting my account with a credit from my payment I made 7/11/22.Thank you.I attached confirmation from my bank regarding the July 11th payment.Initial Complaint

Our garbage pick up day is Friday. On October 21, 2022 our garbage was not picked up even though it was out and ready for pickup at 5 am. On Monday 10/24/22 I called and I was told someone would be out to pick it up. No one arrived. I called again on Tuesday 10/25/22 and again was told someone would be by to pick it up. When no one arrived by 2:30 pm. I called again and was promised that someone would be out Wednesday 10/26/22. No one arrived. On Thursday, 10/27/22 I called again and spoke with a supervisor who assured me that someone would be out today. Someone did show up and picked up the accumulating garbage. On Friday 10/28/22 our normal drive came by and picked up the garbage again. However, another employee of Auburn Recology came by after that and TOOK OUR CAN!!!. I called customer ********************** AGAIN on 10/28/22 and the supervisor tried to blame it on someone stealing our can and that it wasn't them. Really??? I was assured by the supervisor that they are having another can delivered later on that day. AGAIN NO CAN DELIVERED. So, I will be back on the phone Monday 10/31/22. I am sure I will get more lip service and lies about when our can will be delivered. Part of the problem I see is that correct information is either not being sent to the correct person that can correct the problem immediately or that the information is misinterpreted. Or it is completely being ignored since Auburn Recology does not want to deal with it. I understand that problems can arise, yet a customer should be given correct and accurate information the first time and not have to call back over and over again to get an issue resolved.Initial Complaint

I paid a Recology **** for the months of July, August and September for *****, or ***** per month. I just got a **** for October, November and December for ******, which includes a rate increase to ***** a month, plus a backdated rate increase for the three months prior of the **** I already paid at the rate stated on the ****. I wasn't given any notice of a rate increase, which seems pretty unethical, and is the backdated part of the **** even legal? I have uploaded the two bills for proof.Business response
