      I bought a gaming chair from GT Racing website on 12/20/23. They had it advertised that the item will arrive before Christmas. It said it would arrive before Christmas with regular shipping charge. I even paid extra and it said I would get faster shipping and my package will go to "front of line". I paid extra to make sure I get my son's Christmas gift will arrive on time. This company shipped the package ***** ground regular shipping ***** tracking# ************. The package said it won't arrived until 12/28. I have contacted the company several times to try to make this right but they seem to only want to give a credit of $10 for inconvenience. I asked to have my shipping charges of ***** to be refunded at least since they didn't do what they promised to do. To arrive 12/28 is not even close to arriving before Christmas. I wouldn't have purchased the item if they said it wasn't going to make it. This is false & misleading advertising and they made false claims to just to get sales & make profit. This isn't right!

      I purchased a game chair with bluetooth capabilities that arrived defective. Company agreed to ****** the failed part but it has been several weeks and still hasnt even shipped. I had to cancel the cushion I ordered from them as they continued to make excuses as to why they havent shipped it. If you look up reviews, hundreds of customers are sitting around for months at this point waiting for their orders. I believe this company is engaging in unethical practices

      I bought this chair as a gift, when I received it all of the pieces were not there. I contacted the seller and informed them I needed the parts by December 10. They offered 10$ off of 100$ chair. I stated that I was not acceptable and they said they would ship the missing pieces. After waiting 10 days they created a fake shipping label and still have not sent them but then stated they would send someone to my house to pick up the chair, which made me uncomfortable. I dont want this to happen to anyone else, but would like to make the public aware of the corruption of this company. It seems to be a foreign company using an American front to make it to where people will order from them who normally would not, which seems illegal. I feel like they should be investigated.

      Date: 4/30/2022 Paid $329.99 Before Tax Bought Recliner first the remote and power cord was bad when I received the chair. They said they would send a new one. After several tries, they finally were sending on 5/15/2022 Then their chair has a pull cord to make it recline. On 9/2022 the pull cord broke. After some time, I was able to contact them. They said I would receive a new seat bottom. I received that late 1/2023. Now the pull cord broke again. This was about 7/2023. I spent time trying to find out who to call. Then I found the paperwork for GTracing. I tried the phone # and left messages for a will. then I tried Email. After some time, I was able to reach someone. I explained the problem over and over. Starting 11/12/2023. Now they say the chair is past warranty and the only thing they will do is sell me a new seat bottom. If that is the case. Will I have to buy a new seat bottom every 7 months or so. I believe this is their way to keep getting money for the chairs over and over. This is a company selling bad products. I would like a refund so I can use a chair without putting money into it over and over. Account # was originally with Wal-Mart and they were no help either. Account #**************

      I wanted to purchase a chair from this company. On their website in the checkout section, there is a section for gift cards on their website. There is no way to purchase a gift card. I called in at 1:45 PM Eastern standard time and was told that someone would reach back out to me within 12 hours, I did not hear back from that company about that particular request for over ********************************************************************************************************** a particular way because I had not heard from them I thought that I might have a workaround for the purchase. I was wrong. Upon realizing this, I am mediately called back. this call happened at 10:15 AM the following morning on this call. I left a message asking for the purchase to be canceled. At this time nothing had been shipped. I had made the purchase within an hour time span of me calling. I received a call back within an hour, letting me know that the transaction had been canceled and everything was OK. Later that same day I received an email that a tracking label was created. I called back in to inquire about this and she said everything was OK and that the transaction and shipment was canceled. I am now receiving an email saying that it was not canceled and it is my job to return the package, this company needs to retrieve their own package and refund me my money. I will not be excepting the package.

      I bought a GTracing Gaming Chair and when I put it together it was fine but about a month later the left arm became significantly loose and the s**** needed screwed tighter along with some others in the back. I continue to have to tighten them on a regular basis but they continuously come loose.The Lumbar Pillows zipper completely broke and will not zip anymore.I emailed them and sent them videos to which they said switch the screws in the arms as if that would somehow make a difference.When I asked for a refund they stopped communicating and I've had no resolution whatsoever.

      I bought a computer chair and they sent me a cheaper version of the chair I ordered with none of the extra attachments I specifically asked for. They said they would send me a 10$ gift card and that I should be happy I got a chair at all. They then said the chair I purchased was in high demand and they don't have any more. They then told me to return the chair (after I assembled it, thinking I had the right chair) to the post office. I need a chair for work and school and I need the chair I ordered because of my back problems. They have yet to send me my chair I purchased and I have told them I cannot afford the gas to drive to the post office, or to buy another box for packaging or even having to pay for the postage. They send a FedEx return label to my email for me to return the chair, but again, gas prices and having to buy a box big enough to fit the chair because I cannot disassemble the chair without damaging it. They've since ignored me and have refused to cooperate with me. I am a combat veteran and need the chair I purchased for my medical issues (Lower backpain). The chair was actually a Christmas gift from my girl friend back in November or December and we have still not come to a resolution.

      Dear Better Business Bureau I have attached a screen snipping of my order details of both the chair, the all state protection plan, and the entire conversation between me and "gtracing". I would like to apologize ahead of time for the amount of files I am sending you, I just want to provide as much information as possible. I have left the names of the files listed in the conversation the same so there wouldn't be mix ups, but I did try to organize the conversation images for you since I don't think copy/pasting the whole conversation into a word document is improper. I would like to express further apologies for my lack of professionalism since I am not really used to this, and that this order was around the time my father had entered hospice for his bone marrow cancer (he passed late October). I have been attempting to communicate with GTracing for the past 3 months. Initially I just wanted a replacement gas lift since the one that came with the chair was leaking, but the gas lift was stuck to the base and mechanism. I followed their instructions to "disassemble" the three parts, but after multiple attempts along with help from a family friend who assembles furniture for a living couldn't get it apart. So they decided to replace all three parts. - The first mechanism they sent is different from the original mechanism, the second mechanism is different from not only the original but also the first mechanism they sent but they explicitly stated they had sent 2 of the same model mechanism (can take further images) -the gas lift and base they sent was also different from what came with the chair. At this point I just want a full refund of what I paid for this chair, since they have demonstrated they have 0 intent of fixing this over the past month. I would like to sincerely thank whoever is unfortunate enough to read this mess. And if it seems like I am spiteful to whoever is reading this I sincerely apologize.
