This review is for Bland Company's SOLAR division. We've been battling them for over 18 months to replace faulty micro-inverters and panels. Initially, one micro-inverter was replaced, but subsequent issues were met with delays and poor communication. Each visit seemed to guess at the problem, resulting in multiple additional bad micros. They claimed our Enphase unit couldn't update, leading to further ghosting and no follow-up. Scheduling was a nightmare, with technicians showing up at unexpected times and little notice, making it impossible to arrange time off work. The office staff was consistently rude and unhelpful, and customer service is abysmal across all areas. Some technicians were decent, but they too expressed frustrations and intentions to leave. Additionally, they worsened a low production issue by mishandling panel p Overall, Bland Company has been the worst experience we've had with any home-related service. I got my solar panels installed at our home and one office, at home about 3 years ago, and at the office on November 2022, the systems are still working properly, and no issues reported; they are generating enough power to pay just the basic $5.50 average fee to be connected to the grill. They are having a lot of demand right now due to the higher energy prices so I noticed they are using contractors to get the panels installed, I could notice the work of contractors is not as good as their real workers, but they still honor the proper installation and work with you on being happy with every little detail that might emerge, I liked that, the company is local so you can even step on the warehouse or the showroom and ask for the warranty to be properly executed.Review from Daniel V

First I don’t have any complaints about the actual solar or the function of the solar. My complaint comes down to being sold 10 cleanings for the solar panels in order to keep them functioning properly. In the almost 2 years of having these cleanings we have only been able to get Bland to come out or return our calls ONCE! My husband and I have called and left messages over and over and also tried to no avail to let people answering calls know what has been going on but still nothing. It’s very frustrating knowing that we paid for a service and that we can’t get anyone to help us receive the cleanings or even just call us back. If they didn’t want to clean solar panels then just give us our money back and we will have someone else do it for us.Review from Marche J.

We purchased our system with them at least 6 years ago and everything was fine until the system stop collecting the power. I called the office to have someone come and check the system, left multiple messages and nothing. Finally I asked to speak to someone else to find out they don't even have any service technician right now. Were my problem is that when my pge true-up bill comes around who is going to pay my bill. This was almost two months ago and I still am waiting.
