On July 14th 2022 I called them out to service my a/c. He replaced the blower motor. A/c worked ok after that. On Aug 3rd 2022 it started running hot so I called him back out and he replaced the control Board. 4 days later it started blowing hot air again so I called him back out. He told me he would be back in 30 minutes to leave the air on. He came back 2 hours later and I asked him if I could turn it off now because it was 95 degrees in my house. He said ok and he seen me turn it off. He goes up on the roof to check out the A/C then he came down and started yelling at my daughter in law asking if she turned off the a/c. Then he yelled at me and I said I thought you said it was ok to turn it off. He continued to yell at me and I tried to explain why I turned it off and he wouldn't listen so I told him ok then I must be f***** deaf. He went back on roof came back down and it started blowing cold again. Then I asked him if it blows hot again what do I do. He said call me cause I can't fix it now since you turned if off. I asked him if I would have to sit in a hot house again waiting for him and he said I'm done with you call somebody else and slammed my door as he left. As soon as he got to his truck it started blowing hot air. I called him on his phone and he said he refused to go back and for me to call somebody else. I have since then called him numerous times with no response. I called Gundlach's and he came out and checked it. He said it seems to be the part that was replaced and he couldn't work on it since it is under warranty with Power&performance Air.)Business response

Client called in Jul 14 with an AC inoperable. Technician sent same day. Diagnosed bad blower motor and repair completed.Client called in Jul 16 complaining AC stops blowing after a while. Technician sent same day. Found system off, turned system on, found working properly. Client instructed to use system as she normally would if the problem happens again do not touch it, call us, well send next available tech to catch it in the actClient called in Jul 23 complaining AC stops blowing after a while. Technician sent same day. Found system off, turned system on, found working properly. Client instructed to use system as she normally would if the problem happens again do not touch it, call us, well send next available tech to catch it in the actClient called in Aug 3 complaining AC stops blowing after a while. Technician sent same day. Found system off, turned system on, found working properly. Possibly bad control board part was replaced. Client Again instructed IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN DO NOT TOUCH IT WE NEED TO SEE THE FAILURE TO BE ABLE TO ACCURATELY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEMClient called in Aug 6 @ 3:54pm complaining AC stopped blowing. Owner of the company went out same day after hours arriving at 5:05. Client asked company owner if she could turn off the system. AGAIN she was told not to touch it. ladder setup, panels removed, to find no signal from thermostat. Went back into home to find thermostat shut off. Owner of the company asked the client if she had turned off the thermostat she stated "yes because it was hot in the house" system was then turned on and everything found to be in working condition and blowing cold air. Company owner asks client why did you turn off the air conditioner. She began cursing at him stating "i guess im ******* deaf" owner packed up and left. Susan calls back at 5:59pm stating the AC was again not blowing demanding he come back out that evening to fix the problem. she was told we were not coming back out there and to call someone else.We service 3500 clients a year. This is the first client in the past few years we've refused to service because of her attitude.Client called back Aug 10 stating she had another company go out and look at her AC and they determined the board we installed was faulty demanding we come back out to replace it. She was asked which company came out for the diagnostic. She could not answer. She was asked if they provided and invoice or estimate showing the diagnostic. She claimed they did not give her one.If she believes we are in error I am sure a small claims court would be better suited to hear her complaint
