- date: May 5th 2024 - $200 - Credits and the games for the credits (specifically the go karts)- The business stopped the karts after only 1 min instead of the 6 total minutes they should give. L - They didnt resolve the issue of fairly giving back the credits or refunding; instead they kicked us out and humiliated & disrespected usBusiness response

Hello,
After receiving the safety instructions these guests did the exact opposite. They removed seat belts while driving, removed visors, and started to intentionally ram their karts into others causing several safety issues. We had to remove them from the karts over safety concerns and when we did they became combative and belligerent. We had to have them removed from our establishment by security. The police were called as well. There is a disclaimer on all of our game cards that reads. "Guests will not be entitled to a cash refund of any unused portion."
