This is what still pending and it hasn't been correct it by MAACO.Owner has ignored my emails and phone calls. He said in the past that he was going to fix it but never called me back to complete the job professionally!Rough finish in painted areas. There are dust/lint particles in the paint.Passenger driver and rear door over spray was not corrected. I don't understand why was not properly protected.Right back rear bottom window, right edge, was not properly painted. "Not original paint" The wheatear proof paste in the right side of the trunk, interior right channel, not corrected. Still looks like someone just smeared the product. Not professional at all!Missing clear door edge guards and rear bumper clear guard.the rear passenger wheelhouse liner was not replaced. Still damaged from accident.*Back window was removed during the replace of the rear right quarter panel and not sealed properly! Water has been getting inside/leaked in the trunk and the switch to open the trunk stop working. This issue with water getting inside the trunk has increased.Initial Complaint

On 9/27/21, I took my car to MAACO for paint, bumper replacement, door handle replacement, and molding replacement. I was quoted 5-7 business days by ****. On or about 10/15/21, I called MAACO to get an update. They told me my car was not ready and one reason was they were having trouble finding parts. I can't remember when I called them to follow up again, but this time, I was told that when they replaced my bumper, they broke something, so, they had to order another part. On 10/26/21, my car was "ready" but when I got there my car was very dirty. They washed my car and when they were done, it was clear that the bumper was not painted. They painted the bumper, but there were multiple "clumps" underneath the paint. The manager (****) directed me to the fine print on my estimate that said dust may be visible, but this is not dust, they're clumps! To make up for it, he told me he would clean my headlights for free. I asked him to repaint the car, but he said no, and honestly, I did not trust them to do it. I felt stuck because this is a family vehicle and my only mode of transportation. Additionally, the letters in VENZA were either loose or missing (they replaced it). They tried to charge me for one molding, but I told them they should have called me because I would have told them that I want both moldings or none. They could not find my old molding, so, they did not charge me, but it was sticking out. They assured me it was installed correctly, but on 12/23/21, I was driving on the freeway and the molding flew off. On 1/18/22, ***** told me they ordered a replacement and it would take about a week to arrive. On 2/9/22, **** told me their system shows it's pending from the dealership ... MAACO has provided horrible and dishonorable service. They have lied to me multiple times and have made my situation worse. I paid $1987.98, and since the roof of my car looks ridiculous, and they can't or won't fix it, I want a refund for the crappy paint job.
