              We purchased a battery for our 2006 ****** Tundra before we had to replace our alternator, alternator fuse, and water pump. We were having constant issues of the battery not staying charged. We took it back and they kept it for 24 hours to charge and we got it back and it still is not working fully. We replaced all the parts listed above and took the truck by after being told from another company that our battery is on its last legs basically it wont keep the charge fully. Basically was told it maybe has 2 weeks to 2 months left on it. So we took it back to A1 Battery to have it warrantied that way we did not have to worry. But they basically said all of our new parts are refurbished defective parts and that their battery is not the problem because we just got it in July. Even though some of our parts are from ****** itself. When I myself called and asked why they will not honor our warranty they basically laughed at me because I didnt know anything about how a car works making it feel because I am a woman. Even though I have complete understanding how everything works. The man I spoke with was very sexist to me. Worst customer service we have ever experienced.

              I purchased a 5 year warranty battery. After 2 1/2 years the battery died. I was traveling in the ********* area at this time. The battery would not take a charge, so I had to purchased a new battery in ******,**.. When I return home I found out that they would not reimburse me for what was left on the warranty, and or repay me for the new battery I had to purchase.Old battery cost $136.08 New battery cost $147.45
