I was given fake hair that didn’t curl & wasn’t able to style it like hair extension professional told me, & I was not given a policy nor did she have a policy anywhere on her business page or at business location, I reached out to her about it & she stated that she wasn’t able to get me a full refund because it had been 8 days but in those 8 days I never once put heat in it until the day I reached out to her & that’s when I realized the hair wouldn’t curl or do anything, I originally went with her because I wanted to get human hair extensions installed not synthetic. I asked ******* if there was anyway she would be able to fix my hair or give me a full refund. Its been about 3 weeks & I still haven’t gotten any solution & I payed a total of $495 for hair & installation but was basically scammed because it wasn’t human hair nor was I ever able to curl it like the hair stylist stated I would be able to. The only solution the hair stylist offered me was $180 but it’s been well over a week & i still have not received the $180.Business response

My response to ****** ***** claim. ****** contracted me via instagram on October 17,2022. She stated she wanted to get hair extensions installed. She was recommended by her sister ******** that had came to me a month prior. She mentioned she loved how I left her sister ******** hair and wanted to make and appointment with me. I scheduled her appointment for October 22nd at 10am with a deposit of 180$ that’s not refundable.****** states she was given fake hair. She had the hair for 8 days and her sister ******** for 1 month prior to that. There’s no way it will take someone that long to realize it’s synthetic hair when they wore the hair everyday.****** states she wasn’t given a policy. She was given one verbally and also was aware of one because she herself stated her sister ******** sign one.****** states she never put heat on the hai. I myself put heat on the hair by straightening it when installation was beating provided. ( so heat was applied before she took the hair). There’s no way in 8 days you will not wash or style your hair specially being a content creator as she claims she is.****** states she originally came to me to get real human hair installed. She originally came to me because she was recommended by her sister ********, who I did her hair 1 month prior. (****** send me a message to book and appointment because she loved how I left her sister ******** hair which means she had time to feel and look at the hair prior to the appointment).****** states she was scammed because she was given fake hair. She took the hair wore it for 8 days had plenty of time to tempered with the hair just to get a full refund. Her cousin somehow fixed her hair well how odd your own cousin (family) fix your hair? Doesn’t make any sense her sister ******** wore the hair for 1 month never once complained it wasn’t real hair plus she was able to curl and style it. (******** also send me feedback which she states she loved the hair) ****** then had ******** send me a message saying she didn’t like the hair after the good feedback and 1 month later? Doesn’t make any sense right.****** states she was never given a solution. I offered to get her new hair she denied. So I offer her 180$ refund and she agreed. But right after she went on social media to bash my business my name. She had girls send me messages calling me a scammer, laugh about me said all kinds of evil things about me made false accusations just to intimidate me to give her a full refund, which she will not get. I am willing to take this matter to court because of the stressed she has caused me and the false accusations on behalf of my business. (She deleted the videos but I was able to save them) to counter sue her for what she has caused me and my business. I will provide all the good feedback I have from my other clients including her sister ******** for evidence that she is just doing this because she didn’t sign a “policy” and wants to take advantage of that. I am very surprised that she will do something like this to a small business when she herself has an “only fans” (for example) would it make any sense if I went out of my way to purchase her content watch it for 8 days, then ask her for a refund because I didn’t like her videos? Doesn’t make sense at all!
