I originally purchased a ****** from Singh auto sales , within 1 day the car engine blew returned and Singh then gave me a ******* within 1 week I had to replace the starter (out of pocket) drove my children to a appointment in **************** where the car then broke down & I had to again pay out of pocket to get it back running to return the car back to *********** the owner of the repair shop asked me where did I purchase this vehicle it had a blown head gasket and many other mechanical problems and advised me I should return the vehicle amongst arriving In *********** the car had broken down again for the 3rd time I continuously contacted Singh he refused to help me even speak with me at all , he sold the car as is but financed it . **** and said the car was financed through a bank when in fact he lied he in house financed the car and he sold me a lemon. As I was supposed to pay a deferred down payment on the vehicle Singh did not try to work with me he repod the vehicle 1 day after the payment was due although I had spent over ***** in a week to repair a car I had just purchased Singh will advertise a warranty on display on cars on the lot when in fact he will slip in a as is contract in the paper work . He will refuse to speak with you . **** the office guy was the only one with sympathy he said if it was up to him he would return my money to me but Singh refused . So I am now carless my kids are taking a hit I put down 2k spent ***** on repairs he said since he took the car , I cannot get the car back I am contacting the california dmv to investigate Singh , the better business bureau , bureau of automotive & also a attorney to seek justice from this company with hopes that somebody will stop this guy from scamming familys and return my money back to me This is so unfair and has caused me and my children so much stress its truly unprofessional, and indecent of singh to act this way as a business owner he has to be stopped !
