After filling a complaint with the BBB i have been retaliated. Please see email below sent to the company that details my concern The other weekend I come to the facility and after typing in my code it says “please see property manager” so again I’m locked out. On Monday I call and speak to a lady and she says everything is fine on her end. I ask her try the code and call me back. She never calls back. I drive to storage and try code and it works fine. The next day I’m at storage and send my son up to the office to buy a lock. Then lady grabs the lock and says “sure, what is your storage number, he said I don’t know it’s my dads, she’s said that’s ok what’s his name, he says ******. **** jumps in and says “sorry I can’t sell you a lock, we need to inspect the current lock and have a reason in which your needing another lock. So I go up there with my son and ask him “why are you refusing to sell my son a lock (not having my phone on me) I say , call your boss right now , I want to speak with him, I’m no longer dealing with you. He replies NO you can leave or I’m calling the cops. I tell him I’m not leaving tell I speak to your boss and buy a lock. He calls the cops and i sit there for 30-45 mins waiting for police. I then leave, he then instant puts a red lock on the storage. He is doing this harassment as a form of retaliation. I would like to speak to someone hire up as I feel you are covering for him and not looking at the extreme harassment I am receiving and the documented loss of revenues caused from you're employees actions. You have already told the BBB that I had someone open account for the sole reason to gaining access to the facility which is CRAZY and you say you have video do me using such code all month. Which is a lie! Don’t you see it’s odd how I’ve been a customer for years (personal and business under Pacific Furniture Dist) for years and have been told I’m your best customer. Now im made to look like the worst! Whats changed YOUR GM
