      Do not go with metro PCs they will take your data and force you to upgrade your phone plan so you have to pay more money a month. The customer service is the worst. Stay Away from metro PCS they are a nightmare

      Metro PCS disabled my cell phone phone and IPhone 8, by inserting a virus so the keyboard would not function properly, after getting my new phone the problem went away and the phone operates as designed, what can I do ? I already purchased the new phone, it was a expense I didn't really want.

      Chatted with customer service to remove tablet that was cancelled over a month ago, but obviously not cancelled in error by Metro. Was run in circles by two different people: Reg and Brielle. 45 minutes of no service, just annoying repetition, running me around with the same questions. I have not used this tablet since December and they want me to keep it another month and cancel at the end so they don't have to refund me. Is this the type of service you guys provide -- hiring a bunch of incompetent people? Will be looking into taking my account and multiple phones elsewhere after this. Unbelievable.

      Hello, I was trying to become a new customer with **********************. I called 7 times and visited the local store 2 times to get the run around. They advertising a certain deal and apparently it's a scam the store refers me to customer service customer service refers me to the store and I'm getting nowhere the last two times I called I've asked for a supervisor they will put me on a hold for ***************************************************************************************************************** with false advertisements somebody needs to stop them

      Hi my name is ******* live in ********* **. This past Saturday 12/05 I added another line with metro . I was with ********* before this Change . The rep at the store on Saturday took my payment explained my new bill etc. I tried several outbound calls and my phone was not working also I could not Tex from my phone . I expressed this concern with the two that was helping me and he called metro support team and was told I had to wait 48 hours . I was never told this before I switched my phone . Very unprofessional!!! So all weekend my service was not working . So I called metro support myself Sunday after spending hours on the phone my hone was still not working and the rep assured me It was a problem with my *** card . Went back to rhe store Sunday had to pay ***** for a *** card . I started crying because I think its unfair that I was charge ***** because my phone was not working due to metro, but anyways I paid it , because I really wanted my phone to start working . Phone still did not work after the new *** card. So wasted ***** , Anyways the reason called 611 again and the metro rep assured me my phone will be working today, today is Monday and my phone still not working customers are not suppose to be treated this way. No refund , no phone service and I was force to pay ***** and the *** card didnt even work . Been crying nonstop cause I feel like Im trapped and I dont have any extra money to get another phone . Single parent trying to make ends meet . Just poor customer service

      I would leave negative stars if i could. Employees at stores are lying about being able to check you ** to override the pin if your screen is broke to sell you a higher priced phone, instead of doing an upgrade. **************** won't do anything. The customer service people are rude. They can't even call there own stores to find out what happened so now I have to go back to store so the person there can call customer service, so they can get his side of the story. I mean he lied about using the ** so I am sure he will lie about anything. Lol what a joke.

      VERY Rude they locked my phone once I canceled my service. My phone is paid and full I asked for my account number I was able to switch my primary line but the locked my son's phone in the middle of the transaction. My son travels back and forth to school I paid for this phone in full there no way they locked his phone by carrier because they didn't want to lose a value customer. I talked to several different people and the all said something different. The last representative was yelling and being rude.

      They have the worse customer service. I rented a tower and went to get it exchanged due to failure, the person who owned the business left and I was sent on a wide *********** to get another tower. The next business I went to would not exchange the tower because I did not purchase it from them. Now, we just cancelled Metro PCS as of 10/3 and went with ******** and I paid from 9/18 - 10/18/23 and I requested a refund. "I'm sorry we don't issue refunds we are a pay as you go company". WHAT! Well I am not going anywhere with you and I do not have your service, therefore, I am requesting a refund. Companies are purchased by people who only care about the money and especially not customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ********************** TO ANYONE!!!!!
