My daughter was hit by a truck.i was told that I would be able to view her and Grizelda said she would put a cloth to cover her face so it wouldn't be the first thing I seen and if I wanted to remove it I could They had me sign some papers. Grizelda told me she would be in there with me. Someone else took us to the room and I was shocked there was a cardboard box with my daughter's name on it and taped shut.The woman said I couldn't look at my daughter. She said she looked at the body good. I asked her about my daughter's tattoos she said I think she had one in her stomach. Which I said what it was she couldn't remember. I asked her about tattoos on her feet she went in room came out and said she couldn't see them my daughter had socks on her feet. She didn't mention one tatoomy daughter had. I mentioned a few. I left thereand the thoughts I had were terrible. I called Grizelda and said what happened. She told me she would take pictures of my daughter's tattoos and send them to me so that I knew it was her. That was 9 days ago and I still haven't got them. She doesn't call me back or answer my messages and I don't know what happens now. The mental and emotional stress that they are putting me through is horrible. All I was told was I think she was identified through fingerprints the coronor said. Coronor only mention the off her tattoos. Grizelda lied to me to this day I still haven't been able to view my daughter or see pictures so that I know it is my daughter. When I told her on the phone what happened she acted like she had no idea that I didn't see my daughter. They are vague when I ask the simplest question. I told her I want proof that it was my daughter in that box. I even wrote her a note thanking her for caring and being able to view my daughter.I haven't seen my daughter yet nor did I get pictures of her tattoos.They straight up lied with a smile on her face. I don't believe that they can identify my daughter. If they could they would of done it.

Gricelda is a horrible person to work with . Unprofessional and very rude !!!

We went to the office and paid in full for everything last April in 2021. They said it would be ready by 6 months. After the 6 months passed, we went back to the office and they hadn’t even made the order. We’ve tried multiple times to call and no one answers. I’ve tried texting the person that placed my order and all they give me is excuses. To this day, my father doesn’t have a headstone. Awful business.

There are many issues that caused great emotion hardship on top of losing my mother Bad communication poor leader ship they will tell you what you want to hear until you pay their fees many broken promises by what they consider management. They lie to you with a smile on their face they never get back to you after multiple calls and messages left with the receptionist my mother passed away in March her headstone has been paid for the business says they have no cement to lay it down so until this day she still has no headstone we are currently in November. BBB has been contacted this issue should be resolved immediately.
