I was on unemployment and applied for programa de decuento and got approved to only pay a $25 copay. I went over 5 times and the last two times I got a refill over the phone. When I went they never told me I wasnt approved for the discount. I began to get letter of money I owed. I took the evidence to the Omni on ******. And I got a call from billing saying I never took anything. Then I went Omni on ******** and ******* took care of me and took all my evidence and said she was going to send them. No one contacted me so I went to ****** and they told me there was an error on their end and I had to apply again. I took an award letter and they told me everything was fine. And *********************** that works in billing told me I had to pay. My daughter ***** helped me fill out this form. If Im to be contacted may I please get a Spanish speaker. Im going to attach part of the documents I have. If you need more I have some more as well.
