              I called Strata today because apparently my account with them **** negative in 2023. I opened an account with ****** bank when I moved to ************ in 2022. In April of 2022 I filed for divorce from my ex wife. The only reason that account was even open was for her car payment. Strata is saying that ********** and *********** with**** from that account. I made payments to those companies with my ****** bank account since 2022. ********************** refuses to clear this error or allow me to dispute the charges. I only now just found out about this because I was trying to join bank accounts with my fiance. And this fiasco is preventing me from doing so. Its not right that ** being held responsible and hostage for charges I didnt approve of to begin with. They need to be cleared. Especially since nobody has contacted me and its been over a year since they let those companies charge the account without my authorization.
