Integrity, many people insist. They have integrity to do the right thing. When no one is looking, I can only say wow, I am so impressed with Jose‘s professionalism and his clients are needs more important to him more than any driver I’ve ever worked with, and I have been in the RV industry for 30 years, it’s impressive to have someone do so much work for his customers, I bought a new motorcycle online and the dealer was a little agitated, because Jose was picking all of the flaws out and making the dealer take care of it while I was there thinking that he is my eyes and ears, awesome is all I can say, there was a couple things that was wrong with the bike, and he stayed there and waited to get them fixed and brought it to the dealers attention, seriously who would do that, most people just wanna get the delivery, get their money and get on with their life, but no, Jose went at them full force had them take care of it and it was resolved at the dealer instead of an inconvenient trip back to the dealer locally. I would strongly recommend Jose and his business ethics to anyone that wants it done right the first time and have full faith that you will get every bit and more for what you paid for.
