I purchased hay from them and they charged me a $220 delivery fee for said hay, which I paid them directly prior to the delivery. When they brought the hay to deliver it their driver damaged a building/shed on my property and we have video proof of it happening, they are claiming no responsibility. Additionally, since several of the ***** fell off the truck it made the stack of ***** unsafe to drop, so they left with the truckload of hay. All that was left were the 8 ***** that fell off the truck and damaged the building. The remaining 74 ***** they took back with them. We did not receive the remaining 74 ***** of hay that we purchased. When refunding us for the ***** we did not receive they charged us the $220 for the delivery fee, even though they did not deliver the hay that we purchased. No one would ever pay $220 to deliver 8 ***** of hay. They are scamming us and refusing to refund us the delivery fee for the hay they did not deliver.
