      Purchased 2 nightstands, a bed frame and a vanity on August 5th 2024.paid ******* usd. Business claimed furniture would be delivered within 2 weeks of purchase. It has been 5 weeks without any updates from business end, and they claim everything is subject to change with NO REFUNDS. that is horrible customer satisfaction. Business claims full order will be fulfilled on week 6 but wont get delivered til ?Constantly got wrong information about order including a balance on order when full cash was paid. As well as purchase date when i have the receipt in front of me.requested money back because it was supposed to be here in 2 weeks, then it turned into 3-4 and then it turned into unknown deliverable date. absolutely obsurd.

      CNA YOU PLEASE PROVIDE THE CUSTOMERS FULL PHONE NUMBER AND NAME ON THE ORDER. I TRIED TO LOOK UP THE NAME AND ITS NOT FOUND, COULD IT POSSIBLY BE UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME AND IF YOU CAN PLEASE PROVIDE THE NAME AND NUMBER OR THE ORDER THAT IT WAS UNDER.

      began on 4/9 but A police report has been filed today for this most unprofessional fraud company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Nadar the sales person was/is so unprofessional, and a liar. So is ******** the Manager. First, I let him know ***** was helping before, and said he will honor cash prices not finance prices. He tried to overcharge me on everything. He ran my credit without my authorization or a signature on the credit. He also denied running my credit until I showed him proof on my email. He still denied it. I let him know if it goes past that amount charge this credit card which I had gave him. So he was not to open another credit. I explained to him many times as I was going to buy a car that weekend and did not want the credit inquiry. When I called Synchrony they put it in as fraud, they then said I was still responsible because they sent them proof. I still refused so they put it in as a dispute still Synchrony still believed them and said I had to have the furniture delivered as it was custom ordered. (All lies nothing was custom ordered) and ready to be delivered and pay first payment was on 9/4. Most importantly is he forged my name and copied and pasted it on the application (So illegal) It is clearly noticeable and it is even misspelled. Please stay FAR away from this fraud store and dont be fooled by how big it is NADAR is the worst salesperson ever. I wish I can post the fraud paperwork I have but just all know a police report had been filed against this furniture store and Nadar and I will wait patiently for the outcome. I was without furniture for 5 months cause of all this. I could not purchase anything until I knew for sure this was all going to be resolved in which I thought it would be but it was not. So, now a police report has been filed and I will go through small claims and/or a lawyer as well. Thank you for all your time who have read this. If I was you, I would never do business with such a fraud/illegal company.

      CUSTOMER CAME IN AND MADE A PURCHASE. CUSTOMERS CREDIT, IS NEVER RAN WITH OUT THE CUSTOMER AGREEING TO IT. CUSTOMER GIVES 2 FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION PLUS SHE GIVES HER SOCIAL AND PHONE NUMBER. CUSTOMER IS CLAIMING SHE DID NOT AUTHROIZE THE CREDIT RAN, YET SHE GAVE HER SOCIAL?? NO PURCHASE, NOR NO CREDIT, OR SALE IS AUTHORIZED WITH OUT CONSENT OF THE CUSTOMER WHICH WE HAVE HER SIGNED CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS AND CREDIT. CUSTOMER WAS ALSO DELIVERED ALL HER MERCHANDISE IN HER HOME AND ACCEPTED THE DELIVERY. SHE CLEARLY KNEW SHE WAS MAKING A PURCHASE; SHE KNEW SHE WAS FINANCING WHICH SHE SIGNED THE CHARGE AS WELL. IF CUSTOMER CHANGED HER MIND ABOUT FINANCING NOW AND WOULD LIKE TO PAY WITH OUT FINANCING, SHE CAN COME IN AND WE CAN TAKE A DIFFERENT FORM OF PAYMENT IF SHE WOULD LIKE, WE WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ACCOMIDATE HER. OTHER THAN THAT, CUSTOMER MADE A PURCHASE, SHE AUTHORIZED IT AND SIGNED AGREEING TO IT AND SHE GOT DELIVERED EVERYTHING IN HER HOME. I WILL ATTACH PROOF OF DELIVERY, CONTRACTS AND SIGNED AGREEMENTS.

      On 2/20/24 I went in the business to finance a vanity and a shelf. They ran my credit to the floor to get me partially approved and explicitly had me lie to Kafene and Progressive leasing that I received my goods in order for me to get accepted. They said in 2-5 weeks I would have to pick up my items. The Vanity was delivered for free after 7 weeks and the shelf is no where to he found. They do not answer their phone now and no one has any clue about where the shelf is, if the manufacturer even has it. I asked for a refund and they keep saying someone will reach out. I have already paid off the financing loans in early April and I still have half my order missing with no explanation or intent to fix the issue.

      I ordered a table from Furnitureland in February 2024. The table came damaged (it was warped and the leaf would not go in). I told them that day I wanted a new table, and they agreed a new one would be ordered. I called several times because I had not received a call on the date and time my new table would arrive. Each time I was getting different information and the person I need to speak to was not in. After several months of this I was finally informed by an employee that the table was on back order until August. I was finally able to speak to the main manager who tried to offer me store credit of 400 (the table cost *****) or a trip for two. I declined and said I want a full refund and the table to be picked up. They picked up the table on Monday, April 29th, and I still have not received my refund. I have called twice and each time **** (the manager) is unavailable.

      The Date I bought the refrigerator was 10/22/23 the amount is for $2,000 it was charged on a credit card SYNCHRONY HOME. When they delivered the refrigerator I waited 2 hours to plug it but they had already turn on and connected it to the water when I plugged the refrigerator started leaking in the middle drawer I thought that a soon as started cooling the leak was going to stop I put some towels but didnt stop that I had to unplugged it so I called the furniture store next morning; they sent a person to fix the refrigerator but he couldnt fix it so they told me to come to the store to choose another one yes I went and I did it they was going to deliver it the following week Monday or Tuesday but they didnt deliver it, they didnt call I waited until Thursday I called them and asked them they said sorry they didnt deliver it because they lost the sticker with my name on it so didnt know what refrigerator I had chosen so I had to go to the store to choose another one I went and I saw them taped the paper on the refrigerator with my name on the paper, they said ****** the salesman who sold me the refrigerator was going to give me a call to let me know what day it was going to be deliver; I waited the same time, the same thing happened they had lost the name they wanted me to come again but I didnt go to choose another refrigerator. I only wanted them to come to pick up the bad refrigerator but they wanted me to go to the store to choose another one again. So far I have more problems with that refrigerator the freezer is hard to open and closing because is a lot of ice in there. I called them again today 12/12/23 wanted to talk to the manager and wasnt in the store but at 12 pm was going to call me back and he didnt do it . I hope you can help me to resolve this matter thank you!
