We sent Advanced Doors a $800 deposit for a garage door. My wife and I ended up finding the exact same door we already had that broke at Lowes. So I went to Lowes and paid for it with my credit card. I then contacted ******************* at Advanced Doors to let him know that I found the exact door I needed. I then asked him about the $800 I already sent him and he said that he would just put that money toward the install of the door that I purchased when the door gets delivered. I was ok with that. The day the garage door was delivered the man that delivered said that he installs garage doors also. I asked him how much and he said $250. So I had him install it that day because he was way cheaper. I then contacted ******************* of Advanced Doors and let him know that I went with someone else. Its been over 2 months now and he still wont give us our $800 back. He now wont return our text messages. Any help would be great. Thank you.
