I chose King Door to install a much needed new garage door and opener because this company has been responsive to servicing my old Martin garage door through the last 22 years. It suffered a self-inflicted wound and buckled. King Door retains a professional, efficient, and customer service friendly management and crew. I worked with with Operations Manager Angelina Aguilar at the showroom location who took time to thoroughly show and explain the company's product selections. Technician Isaac did a great, professional, and efficient install. Also, Technician Kirt readily responded to a question I had days later. Chanler visited for general maintenance on a garage door I purchased eons ago. He was punctual, respectful, personable, and thorough. Isaac then visited to perform a few repairs...same characteristics...and paid attention to detail when he installed the new vinyl thresholds (or whatever they are called) along the edges. Called Kind Door today with request for service. They came out and repaired the broken spring . Both Alan and Andre were very professional and made sure I understood what needed to be done. Then proceeded to do an excellent repair! King Door installed our garage door and now helped us with the only repair we have needed in the last ten years!

I can’t thank King Door enough for their professionalism and timeliness in getting things up and running. Had an accident with my garage door and needed a full–packaged new door and opener installation. I was lucky enough to be referred to King Door by my trusted real estate realtor. True to my realtor’s recommendation of service quality, King Door’s team wasted no time! I immediate got connected to an office rep, and she scheduled a technician to come out next day to assess my situation. Ruben, the on–ground technician, was very professional, agile, and knowledgeable. He helped us identify all the most problematic to the less–problematic areas to help us decide what exactly needed to be done. I was surprised at their reasonable price (yeah, I know, you don’t hear a customer say that often.). There was no rushing of the customer to seal any deal, but we knew that King Door and their team were our go–to. My customer rep and sales lead Daniel worked seamlessly with my insurance agent, got us a quote, and got Ruben out to professionally install the garage door and opener in a few hours. The entire process from quoting to job completion took under 10 days (right before Christmas!) and that’s already factoring in how King Door needed to work simultaneously with both me and my insurance agent the entire time. They could’ve walked away from such complications, but they remained compassionate and helped me however they can. It was really incredible how fast and professional they are, and their services are so, so worth it! I couldn’t ask for a better professional team. I bought my garage door and opener over 20 years ago from King Door and whenever I have a problem, they are always prompt and professional. A few days ago, the garage door wouldn't open and I realized that the belt drive had failed. I called for service and Isaac came out and assessed the situation and gave me several options for repair or replacement. He was very professional and explained every option in detail. We decided to go with a new opener and couldn't be happier! Issac did a great job on the installation and explaining the new features of this opener.
