Scam website that takes your money and runs. *** ordered over 8 months ago and all I get back is. Were working on it. It doesnt take a year to make kydex they are just a scam. Stay away.Review from William W

Order a holster 2/24/24. Website said 8-10 weeks. It's now 6/17/24. Still haven't received the holster nor have they replied to any of my emails asking for updates.Review from Erik W

I placed an order back in December of 2023 for a S&W 327PC for $89.99. *** contacted them twice and no response. Unfortunately, I just noticed all the bad reviews after I made the purchase and they took my payment. Very shady business and extremely unprofessional. Do not buy from them?Review from Erik N

I placed an order back in mid October of 2023. The order was for a S&W 327PC Holster, costing $89.99 with free shipping. I have attempted to reach out four times, once via their contact page on their site, once via direct email and twice on social media. The latter two times, they flat out deleted my comments on a public forum as opposed to, you know, being responsible adults and engaging with customers to help resolve issues. Do not purchase from this business, they have the communication skills of literal infants and have no issue taking your money without providing the purchased product OR working to refund the money. Just say you messed up, correct the issue and move on, its that simple.Review from Maxine G

Ordered a holster. After 8 weeks it hadnt come. I facebooked and emailed them. Got no reply. Had to get the charge reversed on my credit card. According to ***** they never replied to complaint.Review from Ken N

Terrible company to deal with they have not sent my product in 20 weeks, Ive reached out a number of times and the only response I got said they are getting materials together and I should have my holster in a few more weeks . Unfortunately I’ve fallen victim to an unethical business. They have yet to communicate with. Simply one msg stating it was on track to ship on time. A time of 6-8 weeks, it’s been 12. I just want the product with either immediate overnight shipping or my money back. I do so much to promote local and domestic products but will warn everyone about this unfortunate lack of communication with Kaos Concealment and their customers.
