07/09/2022 Owner refuses to turn on Air Conditioning for indoor soccer teams. The temperature in Bakersfield has been between 105-110 degrees and the owner charges us to use the facility but refuses to turn on the air conditioning for all the games. He also has kids training for Boxing along with adults using sledge hammers next to them. My son suffered a heat stroke. We spoke to the owner and he claimed the A/C was broken but then told us to be honest he doesn't make enough money to turn on the air conditioner. He also has employees working there in high heat. If you rent out a facility for coaches, young children, adults, soccer, boding, gym activities and spectators you should have proper ventilation and air conditioning when temperatures are over 100 degrees. Owner refuses to answer our calls and stated he is now on vacation. Our kids have another tournament this weekend at that facility and the weather will be 108 degrees.
