Im complaining because I went to body exchange club in ***************** *********** to get a membership I divide to get a membership but the guy who helps me never told me that my membership was with a 15 month agreement now I call them to cancel my membership and they told no cause I have a 15 month agreement which I wasnt aware of that also they want to charge me 100 supposedly to cancel itBusiness response

After reviewing the membership agreement, we acknowledge that both the term and the fee were clearly stated in the agreement that was signed during the enrollment process. It is our priority to provide transparent and fair service to our members. We value the commitment to our club and want to work towards a resolution that aligns with the expectations. Hello,
********************************* is in a 15-month commitment program, she can cancel her membership by paying a termination fee. If more than half of her membership term remains, the fee is $100. If less than half remains, it's $50. Before canceling, you must pay all outstanding payments, and you need to give a 15-day notice. ********************************* is disputing charges with her bank, resulting in overdue payments. Once her account is up to date, her membership will be canceled according to her agreement.
