I had been contacting oriole homes at the time the office was still in firebaugh ca 93622. When I would contact them at the office I spoke with ******* from the office and ******* a few times ******* was the one in charge . I mentioned to her that I had a crack at the entrance of my main door and a few other ones as well . *******’s answer in the beginning was we have to wait until it reaches a quarter size we let it be for a few weeks then it began to get extremely big. We then contacted the office again about it and they said they would get to it I contacted them a lot through the phone and they would keep telling me the same “they would get to it” I then spoke to the superintendent aaron and he mentioned he only had one guy working on it that it would take some time but that they would get to it eventually . It has been a year or so and it hasn’t got fixed we received a letter from gateway homes in Bakersfield stating they weren’t going to fix anything because of over watering. We have no grass at the entrance of our door so it doesn’t make sense. I contacted the company and they stated since we don’t have any documentation written down they can’t help us. We ask ourselves well what about all the work orders we submitted all the calls we made to the office. This is not right that the office is no longer in firebaugh and when the office leaves they decide to do this to us the houses were over priced for brand new homes for us to be struggling with issues like these.
