November 29,2022-november 30,2022 was my stay On November 30,2022 at 2:00 Am I was in a car accident Documentation I will send I had no way of contacting the hotel until they released me December 2, 2022 I went to vegabond as soon as I was released where they told me my stuff was packed up Come back in the morning and they didn't know where my dog was When I showed up on December 3 2022 to pick my stuff up I noticed alot of it missing my purse include And they had no idea where my dog was The front desk said they didn't know anythingInitial Complaint

I booked online to stay for 1 night on Sunday October 17, 2021. I saw numerous cockroaches in my hotel room, as well as dirt, dust, food, stains, burn marks, broken furniture, smelled very bad, vagrants in the parking lot shooting up, stray cats everywhere. I notified the front desk that I would not be staying there and would like a refund. I was told to call back the next day. I called and they told me to call back the next day. Finally, I spoke to the manager and she denied my refund.
