      Hotel is lying saying they found pet f**** on a towel and are charging $150 for damages. Our pet did not use any towels during our stay and we did not even shower or use more than hand towels for hand washing. This is a blatant scam and businesses should not be able to take advantage of a consumer in this manner. The hotel was aware of the pet since I had to pay an additional fee and they are abusing this by charging for a fake damage.

      Hello,

      I have attached a few documents, the first is a statement from my chase debit card which I used for hotel deposits/incidentals. There was a pet deposit fee for $56 and parking fee for $5 which I am not contesting. The third charge is the $150 they are charging me for "damages" they claim to have found which I am contesting. The second document is the initial receipt for the room from Expedia which was charged to my chase credit card (not contesting this room charge).
      After I first noticed the charge from the hotel, I called the hotel and requested proof of damages since I know we did not damage anything. They said they had a photo of pet f**** on a towel taken by a maid but they have not sent me this photo after two weeks. This is most likely because there would be no photo since we only used small towels for hand washing during our stay. I would not mind owning up and paying to replace if we did cause damage, but they are taking advantage of us and lying even after charging for a pet stay fee.

      I made a reservation with this hotel on May 18th thru May 21st so 3 nights I was charged 637 for the the room and they charged me $100 a Night for the deposit which I think is wrong because I thought a deposit was only charged once at check in anyways they took almost 900 from me that morning and they owe me $300 deposit. However I haven't received anything back from them I called the hotel and. Asked about my deposit and the lady at the front desk said I owe them $277 and that she only charged me for 2 nights not 3 so when I asked for a receipt she sent one via email and I looked and she's trying to say I paid 437 when my bank statement says 637 and also on the hotel receipt it says I stayed for 4 nights instead of 3 but the night she says I didn't pay for is may 21st and I checked out that morning before check out time I have all the documents ro prove this including my booking reservation from booking.com I have the hotel receipt I have my bank statements i would like my deposit refunded to me because I'm owed that.

      Here is my bank statement they charged me $637.00. I have screenshot and outlined the payment transaction

      There receipt they provided is false. They never refunded anything to me as u can see in my bank statement.
