I would like my cash deposit refunded due to the facts that I shouldn't be charged a whole deposit of 50$ for towels that already had stains and caused me to itch all night from their sheets and towels.i reported to management regarding the possible bedbug infestation and was told it was their last room so they couldn't relocate me to another room.Business response

I stayed at motel 6 07/31/22/-/08/01/22, I payed $62.96. I woke up at 3am to a bedbug eating on me. I took pictures of the bug and I took it in a plastic bag for the employee to see. I reported it to the employee ( ********) he told me he could refund my money if I checked out. I checked out and never received my money. I called and spoke to him again he said he didn’t refund my money yet because he didn’t speak to his manager(*******) yet. Which he never told me. So he lied to me. He told me call manager in the morning and she can do something about it . I called to talk to her she told me she had a pest control come as soon as I checked out . Mind you I checked out at 3am. They said the pest control she said they didn’t have bedbugs. So I have to wait on the supervisor who she said was unavailable to speak. They have drug addicts renting rooms. They let drug addicts hang out and sleep in their cars in the parking lot. So I never received my money and they won’t do anything about it.Business response
