IM WARNING YOU PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Their rooms are extremely nasty, the bed sheets and blankets are all dingy and got cigarette burns on them. The lamp shades are extremely stained and gross they don’t even sit right they hang off the lamp, they look like they never get cleaned and are full of dust. After having to switch to three rooms My Husband told me I’m going to go cancel Our stay and at first the lady said yes so he comes to get Me and Our Daughter and then she comes back and says we’ll you can cancel but You won’t get any money back since we booked online. So we stay despite all the problems we had, and no we should’ve left. There is homeless everywhere it’s in a very bad area. We had people above us the second night and I believe it was prostitution it was a older man with two young girls and if it wasn’t the two beds rocking it was them talking so loud, going in and out of the door all night slamming the door, outside talking so loud we didn’t get any sleep and in the morning My Husband complained and all the lady could say is it happens here I’m sorry. So much happens there that there’s no reason to complain cause all they will say is I’m sorry. My Husband complained about Us not feeling safe there and how sketchy the people that stay there are and all he was told is it happens here I’m sorry. No that is unacceptable you don’t allow drug dealing on your property along with prostitution. Our little Daughter saw stuff she should’ve never seen. Then I get charged $15 for a stained towel when I cleaned their carpet area in the room we were in because My Daughter accidentally spilled and that is how nasty and dingy their floors are they looked like they haven’t been shampooed since they opened years ago. We saw cockroaches outside by Our room door and one in Our room. Even the lady at the front told us be in by 8pm because bad things happen after 8pm. What was supposed to be a nice getaway turned into a nightmare from hell. Nasty hotel.
