            Beware: Cheap Jewelry. Bought a diamond bracelet and they told me it comes with lifetime warranty which is industry standard so it seemed ok. All jewelry stores offer lifetime warranty. the bracelet was defective. Some diamonds were installed backwards. Clasp was defective, would not close properly. They told me they wouldnt repair it under warrantty. Told me they only gaurantee its real gold. They do not warrantty jewelry. Horrible experience, the bracelet is white gold and diamonds, expensive. I will go to zales and kay jewelers only from now on. This feels like a scam. Theyre saying they only gaurantee its real gold but ofcourse its real, thats what i paid for, im not paying to find out its fake later. Real gold not fake gold, diesnt make sense. They are bate and switching by telling you jewelry comes with warranty, they are lying to customers. I wish i would have read reviews before shopping here, i will never buy anything here again. Cheap jewelry.

            I have had to have a necklace that I purchased at this jeweler repaired 4 times. Each time, it breaks in the same spot and I am charged to fix the jewelry. Each time the necklace has broken in less than 15 days of having it fixed. Their jewelry has very poor workmanship and they are not willing to assist in resolving the issue.
