I purchased a bicycle from Sniders. It started to come apart after riding it twice. I brought it back to be fixed, the problem was not fixed. They refused to exchange it or replace it.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bicycle at the end of the business day Sat. I got the bike home and realized after taking a few things into consideration that it was not what I wanted and since I hadn’t done anything but test ride the bike in the parking lot, and because I had my original receipt and the bike is unchanged that there wouldn’t be any issues. Upon returning Sniders Monday afternoon, ****** *****r informed me that because I test rode the bike I couldn’t return it. Again, the receipt was in hand, the fine print says I have 30 days and I came back after less than one full business day.
