First of all I don't understand why this company is still in business their very unprofessional. I have a client that does dialysis and is getting treatment done for 3 1/2 hours, after she gets off she still has to wait for an hour to get picked up, they know her time of take off and when we call their excuse is that will be there when we can, oh and that's not the only thing they say. Their are some patient's that are week after there treatment and still have to wait till transportation gets here and when I call the lady response is there be there in 20 mins she waited for almost 2 hrs.. UNEXEPTABLE, RUDE and UNPROFFESIONAL I wont even give them a star but to leave this comment I guess I have to give them this Fake 1 star...

Terrible service, Not sure why Kern Family Health Care still has them under contract. Their driver was using his cell phone while driving to change the music in the vehicle, he was playing Hispanic music very loud and was texting at stop lights, I took a photo of him on his phone while driving. I have caught them lying to me and American Logistics Corporation (The transportation dispatch KFH contrats to handle transportation). When I was dropped off at my appointment, I scheduled a pickup time and Stephanie from Genesis Non Emergency Medical Transportation, Inc dispatch confirmed with me my pickup time. When it was 30 minutes after my pickup time, I called ALC asking where my ride was, and they called Genesis Non Emergency Medical Transportation Stephanie lied and told KFH I never scheduled a pick up time. I said that was not true and I asked ALC to review the recorded call dispatch had with them earlier, confirming that Stephanie in fact was lying to me and ALC. I had to wait over an hour for a ride home from them. I have also had another one of their drivers throw their arms into the air and yell at me telling me to “find another transportation” when I was not outside within the three-minute allotted time their company gives patients. Please remember I am handicapped in a wheelchair, and it is not easily accessible for me to be outside within three minutes. The way Genesis Non Emergency Medical Transportation has treated me demonstrated handicap abuse. They have showed up to my house 2.5 hours before my appointment and I couldn’t ride with them so early because I was not ready to leave so early before my appointment. I had schedule that appointment with them over a week before and I had already made plans and could not be outside when they arrived so early. They decided to park their van outside the house for the duration of time it took to get closer to my appointment time. I felt like they were watching me the entire time I was inside the home getting ready to go to my appointment. Earlier in the week I had scheduled over a week’s worth of appointments with them and because of the incident of them arriving outside of their scheduled time, they decided to cancel one weeks’ worth of appointments I had scheduled with them, and not inform me of it. The following day when I had transportation scheduled I was expecting Genesis Non Emergency Medical Transportation and It was a different company named Victoria. Can you imagine how it felt to have all my transportation appointments canceled due to the error of the schedule transporter arriving too early and without notice of them arriving so early. It is clear to me now why this company is not on Google, they would have so many negative reviews. Even the transportation department knows the feedback clients give and they told me A LOT of clients complain about this business. I sure hope everyone that has an issue with this company files a grievance against them, so KFH cancels their contract once it is due for review.
