      In February 2022 we took our *** **** to Haddad because we couldn't get it to pass smog and a mechanic said we needed a *** ***** After 2 days in the shop, we called and they said the part was backordered. My husband decided to pay for the part ($331) so it wouldn't be forgotten about and we picked up the car. Months go by. My husband initiated 3 or 4 phone calls to get status updates on the part only to be told it's still backordered.In late December 2022, someone attempted to steal the **** They would have been successful but the battery was dead. We drove it to *** with the intention of getting our money back to help pay for the repairs. Come to find out from the parts counter the part we had paid and had been waiting for for months was in LA and he could get it there by the next day. I wonder how long it had been in LA? I was angry to hear this but my husband said, "I don't want them to spit in my food." We will complain about this later. So we leave the car. That was December 29, 2022. My husband then over the course of months initiates several phone calls and e-mails for status updates. He's told each time, parts still backordered. My husband started a new job that required him to work 7 days a week, so one July morning I called Haddad to inquire about the car. When the service advisor called me back 5 hours later the first thing she said was "It's about time someone called." The car had been ready for 2 1/2 months! No phone call from anyone at **** Not one. When I pointed that out to their service advisor she said my husband preferred e-mail, so she e-mailed. ONCE! My husband never got that e-mail. We elected to replace the car in mid May, not knowing the *** was ready and had been ready for 2 weeks!My husband began negotiating with *** because we feel they utterly failed us. Today we receive in the mail a lien for the sale of the car. They are prepared to sell it and we owe them $600 for storing it since July. Not nice!

      I regret ever dealing with these people. Everyone is so helpful when you are giving them your money to purchase a vehicle but are the most horrible arrogant unhelpful when you bring it for service. Not only does it take for ever to get your vehicle back once you get it there's a host of problems they refuse to acknowledge or fix. These people never fail to leave nuts, bolts, siding, you name it loose, they have left tools...yes tools behind. The latest fiasco is a cam shaft replacement. Now our van still runs like **** but they swear up and down there is nothing wrong and once again they left the damn positive wires loose under the hood. Thank goodness (if I can call it that) our van was at home when it decided to die and my husband looked under the hood and what do you know the cables to the battery were loose once again and it still runs like ****. I called the service department and they promised a "manager" would call me back...do I believe it? Hell no. I am just an old woman they don't give a damn about. Shame on you! I did file a claim with BBB cause I am just tired of their ****.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DECEPTIVE! While in CA this spring for work, I needed to replace my work vehicle. I located a used vehicle via a web search that Haddad had for sale. This vehicle meet my needs and was in my price range. I looked the vehicle over and did not not notice any issues with it. The CarFax report had it listed as having no damage history and I also ask the salesperson if the vehicle had any damage. I was assured it did not and that the dealership had inspected it. I purchased the vehicle and returned to Bishop CA where I was working at that time. Some weeks passed then one day I noticed light coming through a seam in the roof. This is a high roof cargo van, the roof is over 9' above the pavement, so I had never looked at the roof of the vehicle. Upon inspection, it was obvious that at some point the van had been driven under some structure that was too low for it. Not only was there current damage, but it had previous damage that had been repaired. So, the roof had been damaged at least two times. At this point I contacted (or attempted to contact) Haddad. I called, texted, emailed and used their chat function. I never received a single reply from them concerning the undisclosed damage on the vehicle. I am quite frustrated with the Haddad company. It is my belief that they were aware of the damage when it was sold to me. I also believe that since I am from out of state, they could simply stonewall me and not take responsibility.

      service department is terrible. 1. When I first bought the car the brakes began making noises few weeks after purchase so I took it in for an inspection. A tech took apart the brakes to inspect but when he went to re install he literally didn't tighten the bolts correctly or didn't even put them back in. Service department decided to tell me my charger was ready to drive with detached brakes! couldn't even drive off the lot without noticing physically and audibly the brake/wheel coming off! really though, how can they say a vehicle is ok to drive like that? absolutely terrible! 2. after replacing brakes on my request, they installed 3 new rotors, 1 damaged rotor and no new brake pads even though I had requested it. so I have paid for a complete brake service but still have not received in full what I have paid for. I paid for 4 new rotors, not 3 and a damaged one. asked to please change out the damaged rotor on there fault. Again they didn't do the correct job and made the choice to just shave the rotor down. They damaged a rotor therefor in need to be replaced in full, not repaired in a way on your terms. 3. went for a oil change and again Ruben in service tried to deliver my car with a scratch by the gas tank. again he and rest of department stayed quiet and do not speak up for their mistakes. again he said he would handle it but again he and anyone from service did and has not. Hadad Dodge is sketchy. They have caused me nothing but problems over the last 3 years dealing with them. Im not the only one experiencing problems either. They are constantly screwing people over as well as using unsafe repairs practices plus some of the worst customer service in town.

      The worst customer service experience I've ever had. I called to make an appointment to have warranty work done, I was told that the appointment was not for having my vehicle repaired but rather just to drop off the vehicle and that it would be diagnosed in 3 to 5 days. After a week I decided to call the dealership, after repeated calls and no response I called the service department manager with the same results. There was no communication until my vehicle was finally diagnosed 20 days later. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from this dealership sorry to say. Other than the service department my experience at this dealership has been pleasant. If you are in need of warranty work or a recall issue I would recommend another dealership. As a repeat customer they have lost my business. I recommend any other dealership for purchasing or servicing a vehicle.
