      Hello:I leased a 2023 GMC 1500 truck on 1/25/24. Prior to driving from ******, **. to *********** the salesman told the amount would be $32,195. I brought a certified check for that amount. The total amount changed when the contract was completed. I was told I would receive a refund for the difference. Then the leasing company had to revise the contract and was overnighted to me to sign on 2/9. I signed and overnighted back to Motor City. They received the contract on 2/12. I talked to my salesman on 2/15 and he told me I would receive the refund check no later than 2/21. I still have not received my refund of $1047.07.

      On January 23, 2023 I filed a Complaint involve The Motor City Auto with your department and waited but did not heard from you. This is my second Filing. I was shopping for a GMC truck. On January 08, 2023 The Motor City Buick, GMC **** ******* Rd. Bakersfield, CA 93313 Dealership had a new 2023 GMC Sierra AT4 in Sand Dune color which I liked. I contacted Dealership, answered phone was a saleswoman named ******* **** ******* , Who also was the same person to helped out in the whole purchased. On that day Dealership closed at 5:00 pm and I live 3 hours away. After back and forth conversation while I was driving to dealership. saleswoman agreed to sold the truck to me for $71,810.00 minus -$500.00 Costco Discount so final was $71,310.00. Every things were good, while we were driving to there I asked if they could started the purchased contract ahead. when the Sale & Finance Department writing up the paper works they found out the MSRP was really $72,405.00 Saleswomen texted stated the Price was higher, I responded NO and Stated You Agreed to sell it at $71,310.00. She then spoke to sale manager and got approval to sell it for $71,310.00 plus Taxes & Fees. I got there around 4:30 & rushed to signed all Doc. & took the truck. A week later I texted ******* asked her had they have my AT4 High Clearance Steps come in yet and the right Window Sticker with an MSRP $72,405.00. after a while she texted back stated the dealer had removed the steps options because it was sold for $71,810.00 not as $72,405.00. Therefore, I'm asking your Department to please help me to get The AT4 High Clearance Steps option, The $72,405.00 MSRP window sticker, and the Yellow copy of Customer Purchased Contract that they hadn't yet give me. All to be mail to my address at **** **** ****** ****** Valley, CA 92509. A**** are a few Documents to stated the facts and Please feel free to contact me at any time my cell # **********. I'm very sincerely for the help from your Department to people. Thanks

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although, I am still concerned that they will not send me the steps because it was informed to me that the steps are on back order and it will take months to ship them to me. Could you keep the case open until I receive the steps? Thank you.
