BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning online orders. Specifically, customer complaints allege consumers are having issues with delivery of purchased items. When consumers place an order the company will process payment immediately. After that consumers indicate they experience delays in delivery of ordered items. They will contact the company regarding this issue and company will provide extensions of when to expect the items to ship. Consumers wait but do not receive items resulting in them requesting a refund from the company. Some consumers have indicated the company will promise to provide a refund but they are also experiencing delays receiving their refunds. Other consumers have indicated they have not received a refund or response from the company.
On April 12, 2018 BBB notified the business of our concerns and requested their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of consumer complaints. As of today, the business has not responded to our request.

On June 20th, 2019 the Kern County District Attorney’s Office filed a Complaint for Civil Penalties, Restitution, Injunction and Other Relief before the County of Kern – Metropolitan Division of The Superior Court of the State Of California. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of state law under the Unfair Competition Law and the False Advertising Law. These laws prohibit the business from making any untrue or misleading statements and from swindling money from consumers before and after failing to provide the products. This matter is pending.
