I purchased a lift kit in *************************************************************************************************************************************************** the mail and it is not there problem. Finally after weeks they sent me the remaining items. Fast forward to now in 2024 I have had my truck down for 7 months cause they couldnt get me an original part from them. After months they convinced me to just upgrade the part to one of there current models which was over ******************************************************************************************************************************************* back. I 100% would not recommend this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This company is Terrible. I purchased a lift for my 2000 ****** Frontier. He responded to my Inquiry email extremely fast. within the hour. but then once I paid, I received one small package of a few parts every other or third week. After a few of these I stopped recieving parts. they started sending me fake shipping tracking numbers. I believe I got four of these. I never recieved my torsion bars. maybe they will come some day. Its been seven months now. all of the parts I got from them are the cheapest parts you can buy. Ball joints failed on my second drive. The suspension struts were bent and are so cheap that they didn't do anything and I had to go out and buy better ones immediately. The parts said they would be powder coated and they aren't... Its spray paint or some super cheap paint that was peeling off the parts when they arrived in the mail. ***** and the secretary person got very rude and it was a Horrible experience. terrible waste of my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

These guys do not understand what customer service means. Had some questions and they were incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Will never buy from them again. Don't support these a**holes.

I ordered the lift paid for it. They never shipped it until a week later then when I get home after telling me, it’s gonna be here on a certain day it won’t be hold three days late it shows up my truck has been taken apart. Only transportation, I have waiting for this Lyft because my vehicle is supposed to be going out of state two weekends ago and of course never got the Lyft because they failed to send it out, there when I call Lynn and complain they sent it out the following week. I got it the end of the weekend but of course they shorted me all the main components when I called they told me to because they were on back order they didn’t have them so instead of calling somebody and telling them that they just let you get home look at it and get pissed off and now you have to cancel your vacation trip because your truck is taken apart because they don’t send a parts when they’re supposed to do not recommend using them and I will be contacting my lawyer about them because it’s costing me so much money and vehicle rentals I am misery from not being able to go on my trip because they don’t send stuff out when they’re supposed to but they’re all too. Happy to take your money right away.

I've had some Calmini parts in my truck for the last twenty years (unfortunately - they've been trouble since day one). At any rate, I recently ordered spare parts to make them serviceable again and both myself and my shop have been lied to countless times, for months, that "the parts are coming tomorrow." They did not. After speaking with Steve (the owner) on the phone to see what the issue was, I was told "We’re done. Go find your parts somewhere else." Do not ever do business with this company. If you've got their parts, replace them with someone else's.

Save your money and time and do not do any business with this company. I waited 2 months to reach out after not hearing anything. The first time I called, told me its going to be another 2-3 weeks. 8 weeks later still no contact from Calmini, called them only to again get the bullshit that its coming etc. etc. Do not play games and let Steve bullshit you and tell you anything. I would take the recommended advice that I found in other articles where other people have experienced the same issue. Ordered a lift kit 9 MONTHS AGO!!! Still have not seen it, call and call and call and his poor receptionist has to give me the run around that hes not in the office. This is a joke of a company and i have no idea why they are still in business after the sea of bad reviews and lawsuits. Steve is so full of crap what a coward of a business owner to waste consumers time and money.

Trash company. Steve is a little squid and the rest of the employees, if there are any, seem to just sit around taste testing the dingleberries from their cracks. As usual, payment processed immediately, but not even a confirmation email in the year since. Sent emails here n there asking for an update. After a strongly worded email yesterday, they finally repied with "order cancelled - go away". That wasn't a refund. Just stole the money. Not surprising from these scumbags. Hope them and all their families get cancer.
