I ordered 3 shirts from the printing company, Switchblade Printing in July. The order was for 3 designs that I emailed them to be printed on 3 t shirts. I asked for them to send me what's called an "art proof", which is basically a digital mockup the company sends to me before they begin printing of what the t shirts can expect to look like in real life. I specifically asked for them to send me this BEFORE they began. A month later I never received the art proof, never got a response to any of my messages asking about my order, and eventually revieved the wrong designs. The owner, ****** ****** responded by apologizing for the delay because he was busy. He assured me that he would be sending me shirts with the correct designs. It is now October and I have since asked for a full refund. Mr. ****** responded by deleting our conversation from Instagram in an attempt to hide evidence of him admitting to the mistake and granting me a refund. I have screenshots.Customer response
