I have asked about my AC unit for over a week and I keep getting different answers and different results every time. The first time the AC guy came out it took a a few days before he finally came. He looked at my Ac for 5 minutes said it was dirty and said he would come back THE NEXT DAY to clean it. Not only did he never clean it, but also insisted that he would request a larger unit. I just wanted my AC looked at and to hear it needed to be cleaned and what could have been a few minutes just to be told the next day? And a no show? After that I have been hearing I have been requesting a brand new and bigger unit. I just asked if this one can't be fixed then a new one is ok, but it doesn't have to be bigger. Another few days and nothing. They send a second guy, he said he's gonna measure for a new one. Days again pass and I finally hear back Friday said Monday I will get a new one. I took Monday off, no show, no call. Tried to call today and the AC guy said "tomorrow morning " I have been sleeping in heat, sweating, having moments where I feel like im back overseas in Afghanistan. I do not need to feel heat in my own home, and now my son who frequently visits is also suffering. It has been hard to sleep in these conditions, I'm not asking for anything bigger. I mean if this unit can't be fixed to run as better as it used to then I'm ok with something same size. I just keep being told another day.
