They are very eager to help people find residence. They have made available an app to pay on line. The pay on line app has had no problems. This is very helpful in saving time and not having to go in or mail rent. On the app there is also a maintenance request, if you do not hear from someone please follow up to be sure it has been distributed to the maintenance team. These are fairly new changes that should be beneficial for everyone. I look forward in seeing these simple changes help in keeping things efficient, safe and positive.

American property Management is a very good place to rent I had a problem within a couple days they had fixed two of the problems fixed Mark is so awesome he came and had it fixed Mr Freeman is also a nice landlord he's helped me deal with a few other problems and Andrianna was there for me when I needed someone to talk to I tried to take down my complaint and I'm having trouble doing it but I would recommend American property Management to anybody

It has been very stressful. First moving into a place that was filthy and in need of repair. I paid to make many repairs. If someone would of came in prior to evaluate the place they should have properly gotten the place ready. It took 7 months to get a front cracked window replaced. I paid to have the carpets finished, they left pieces out and ends not tacked down. I also paid to replace the fence. Things that had been done were done poorly. There have been several things I’ve had to deal with myself out of my pocket. A blind eye over the continuing filth and drug dealing in the connected apartment. The garbage filled the yard and the driveway. Drug dealers moved a 5th Wheeler into the 2 car driveway that code compliance made American property take action. They returned with an Rv and continued selling drugs. It was the police that told them to leave. I finally got American property to put a tow sign for non resident vehicles. The sign was all that was needed to enforce this problem. We could of avoided the 7 months of drug dealers moving into my driveway from the start. Moving on, American property has been setting up better management for getting repairs done and communicating. I have had more things in need of repair here than any place I’ve lived in such a short time, the property has had years of neglect. Hopefully with their implementing new ways of doing things and added help in the office things can continue to improve.
