I injured myself on this property on 3/5/22. When we arrived in the morning, the representative up front took a long time to greet us in and had a dull and unfriendly facial expression. I fell in one of the holes part of the jungle gym. I dislocated my arm and suffered a fracture. When the staff members found up I was stuck inside, 2 different staff members came up and asked me how I fell & asked me if I can get up I told them I couldn’t. The person I was with called 911 upon my request. I was in extreme pain and immobile. A staff member came up and told me if I got up they can help me down otherwise they had to tell all customers to leave so that fire dept can help me out, they wanted to avoid having to tell customers to leave. I told them I wanted fire dept to get me since they are medically trained and I was worried of damaging my injury even more. The fire dept was able to get me out safely. I was taken to the ER by an ambulance. It really bothered me the staff members cared more about loosing money instead of my well-being the fact that I got severe injured at their facility. In addition, the person I was with told me a staff member said a comment about me. Saying that “ I hope she doesn’t try to get money out of this”. This comment disgusted me, I am a white collar employee who pays their taxes and would never try to defraud any business. I am insulted by the unprofessionalism of this entire facility. Note: the fracture and dislocation require surgery.
