I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Superior Roofing to address a leak around my air conditioning duct penetration. Despite their assurances and hefty $4500 fee, the craftsmanship displayed was shockingly poor, and they utterly failed to stand behind their work.Over the course of two years, Superior Roofing made five attempts to rectify the issue, yet each time, the problem persisted. Instead of properly installing new flashing around the duct penetration as promised, they opted for a quick fix using tar mastic. This irresponsible shortcut not only failed to address the root cause of the leak but also left me with a leaking roof that caused significant water damage to my dining room and kitchen.It's clear that Superior Roofing prioritizes profit over quality and customer satisfaction. They seem to care little about the integrity of their work, as evidenced by their repeated failures to resolve the issue properly. I would strongly advise against using Superior Roofing for any roofing needs, as they are only interested in taking your money and delivering subpar results.
