On February 4th 2022 we hired Bakersfield pumping service to come and pump out our spetic tank they came out with the pumping truck and started the process of pumping the tank and after putting chemicals to maintain the tank and he charged us $600 for pumping the tank and adding chemicals so we wrote him a check for itand left… 3 days later on February 7th 2022 we had water submerging from where they had pumped out our septic tank so we gave them a call to see if they could come down and check it out and see what was wrong they said it wasn’t there problem and would say it was something else we didn’t come to a conclusion and we told them we call later a few hours go by on the same day and we call them again trying to come to a solution and they would scream and tell us that it our problem that they didn’t do anything wrong and emptied out out septic tank which is not the case or else water wouldn’t be coming up from where they had pumped BAKERSFIELD Pumping ended up telling us that it’s our fault because we had to many people living in the house when it’s a house hold of 3 but we kept talking back and fourth and they hung up the phone so we went to the office which was posted on there online website to try and talk to the company about coming to a resolution and the owner came out and started yelling at us say he did us a favor and the he knew were we lived threating us to get off the property and that he did his job and screaming and yelling at us saying we were low life’s and just being very unprofessional and threatening us saying he’d come to our house when we went up there in a civil matter trying to resolve the problem or get our money back but instead we left shaking and scared from him getting in our faces screaming and yelling at us and treating us
