I ordered from Jpworkz a kit for a single turbo N54 for my *** 3 series that it manufactures.Before collecting the money, he listened and responded to all my emails and accepted payment in 2 installments.After having had the money I have no more news from him or my package which was supposed to be delivered in 5 working days I paid a total of 1918 dollars the first part was on 11/24/2023 ****** euros and the second on December 18, 2023 ******* dollars.JNCFAB account name In the forums several people say that he stole from a lot of people.I would like you to intervene so that I can be reimbursed and that you put an end to his schemes and protect other people.Since I live in ****** I have no way of defending myself, that's why I'm counting on you.His website:www.jncmanifolds.com he also has an Instagram account and ******* channel under the name of jpworkz.thank you for your understanding.Initial Complaint

I received an invoice from JP workZ For a turbo kit that he was selling after receiving the invoice and believing that everything was legitimate I even spoke with him over the phone about the kit reassuring me that the kit was going to be very nice and that it would only take a couple weeks to get everything in and send it out to me. He requested that I paid him through Apple Pay or cash app this is what it states on the invoice as well. I have waited months since January and the owner no longer replies to me. I have not received anything I spent over $5000. He has robbed me of my money and put me in a very bad position I no longer have the funds to get this kit again, he has kept me waiting and waiting kept telling me that it would get here and could never provide any information on when it was going to be here. He still does not answer any of my phone calls or text messages doesn’t respond on his business website or Instagram page. He is completely stolen from me. I never received anything.Initial Complaint

I had ordered a Full Top Mount N54 Turbo Kit from JPWorkz on December 1st, In the amount of $2,599. I had been communicating frequently with JPWorkz on instagram through direct message. He had answered quite frequently through DM. Upon waiting for my order I decided to do some research and read through some blogs about people stating that they either never received their kits from JPWorkz or they received the kit months after it was promised. I was told it would ship one week and then received no tracking or shipment information and heard nothing back. I then decided to reach out and attempt to cancel/refund my order. I contacted him through direct message and also emailed the company. No response for a while. Then I decided to dispute the charge through my bank, Navy Federal. I have yet to hear from Navy Federal as it says it can take up to 4 months for a resolution. I’ve requested a cancel/refund probably about 6 times now with no word. So I am now out $2600 and no resolution or response. Their refund policy states nothing in regards to refunding money due to no product being received. The order number was #1027 The order was submitted through their website weldupllc.com If the order is refunded I am able to cancel the dispute saving everyone the headache.
