So basically i refinanced 3 vehicles with this company. Prior to them giving me a loan they told me they needed proof of insurance which i provided and they accepted now 4 months later they are telling me they cant accept this insurance and are charging me extra cpi fees on my loan for my 2017 ****** Corolla. *** called in and spoke with sever supervisor who said i should have been informed that the insuwouldnt be accepted prior to this loan yet they had accepted it now Im getting extra hidden fees for it. Ive asked if they can credit me the money back and Id gladly pay off the loan in full they said they would try after 2 weeks they called me back today and said they cant do anything about it. So i dont understand how a company can accept something give a loan for it then after a few months they claim they can not accept it seems to me like this is their way of taking advantage of the consumerBusiness response

In response to Mr. ********** complaint, after doing research on his grievance, we decided to refund the disputed amount of $390.00. Although the addition of CPI on his auto loan was warranted due to the vehicle not having insurance under Mr. ********** name,we realized there was not enough communication between ********************** and us on the insurance requirements that could have prevented the situation from occurring. We have identified and updated materials to prevent future occurrences. We have communicated our decision to **********************.
At this moment, SCE FCU considers the matter resolved and closed.

On Sept 7, 2023 I called sce fcu to payoff my loan for my ****** in the amount of ********. I did just that and was giving a confirmation number of ********. I was also told that the autopay would be canceled since the account was paid in full from my northrop grumman account. On sep 12, 2023 sce fcu pulled ****** out of my usbank account ending in **** and was not authorized. Since then I have been going back and forth with a gal named ********* from sce fcu who sent me paperwork to fill out and everytime I send it back to her it's always an excuse of I can't open it or I can't read it. They stole my money and I want it back I have the title to the ****** and proof the amount was paid in full. Please help I tried to upload the title but it keeps saying it's to large to uploadInitial Complaint

I've tried over a six month period to get my Harley registered here in SD. I've contacted SEVERAL supervisors and the president of this credit union. I still am awaiting on my title to get my bike registered. If No one can do this, then please allow me all my $$$ back and come get this motorcycle. R, ***************Business response

Sce has been running my credit without my consent my credit has dropped 70 points they have no record of me putting in a application for anything so why are they running my credit?? This is the second time within a month they has done thisBusiness response

I have sent SCEFCU a courtesy pay opt out form a total of 4 times. I've had 2 representatives confirm this form has been received. Today, they allowed 2 DEBIT CARD -not reoccurring- to go through when they should have been declined, then charged me 2 fees and cant explain what good the form does if they are still allowing charges to go through and charge fees on debit card purchases.Business response
