      Order a universal bike rack and bike cushion for $678.89 (order # ******). I have not received it. I have not gotten an update or any information. No responses to my texts, emails, whenever I try to start a chat on their website all I get is a message to leave my phone number and someone will call, which no one has. I cannot get any communication from them at all.

      The date of transaction was 10/22/2022. I pre-ordered a Delfast bike on Indiegogo. They were supposed to ship this July. I now have medical conditions that do not allow me to ride a bike. Broken hip and back fractures. The time for a refund from Indiegogo had passed and anyone was required to contact Delfast after a certain time. I emailed them several times without getting any response. Finally the manager ( ********* ) emailed me and said she would pass this along to whomever handle this. They finally sent me a refund Application which I filled out and have received no response after again Emailing them several times, probably five or six. Simply ignoring me. They will not respond! I am not good at computers and uploading stuff!

      I bought a bicycle (electric bicycle ) from a company based in California. I paid around $7500 for the bicycle. Which I received 8 months later. After I received the bike i got an offer to buy a kit to convert my bicycle into a motorcycle, I took it and I paid close to $400.00 for yhe kit. I paid it and they never sent me a tracking number. I contacted the company to ask about the order and they said "sorry its taking so long to get the order shipped . I asked for an approximate and they never answer again. That was back in may and no answer . The offer is on their website and advertise shipping in 17 day. I just want my product

      Purchased the bike in September 2021 Received the bike April 2022 Have had nothing but problems with the bike: - Kickstand broke in half - Pedal Crank broke off while trying to "Pedal Assist" - Neck of the bike had bad bearings installed, and it was like pulling teeth to get a new one. i ended up ordering new O-Rings from Amazon and installing them myself because I was getting NOWHERE with ******************** Batter completely died at beginning of year, was able to bring it "Back to Life"CURRENT ISSUE:100% Fully charged battery only gets me about 5 miles (throttle only) before the entire bike sputters and shuts off, leaving me stranded on the side of the road.Bike battery says 76%, but will not move more than a few feet before power cuts out completely.Website claims "500 battery cycles, guaranteed" but after only 39 charging cycles, I am having this issue.Website claims 2 year warranty on battery, but conveniently, no one from Delfast will respond to my calls or emails.I just want to swap the battery, as the warranty says I can.

      I paid 8,253$ to the Delfast company 2022-03-01. The bike worked for a few months before the wiring caught fire. Had I not caught this bike smoking it could have caused serious damage to people and property. I spoke with delfast about a refund they told me to give them a chance to fix it. So I ordered some parts. It has been 5 months now and they can't even get me a tracking number. Multiple times we called up and delfast would say oh sorry we didn't ship that or we don't see any order this happened 4 times. I want a refund for my bike. I gave delfast their chance. Time to pay up. Also the bike came with warranty and they made me pay for shipping and expediting the order wow expediting??? 5 months no parts. Look I want my entire bike refunded.

      I purchased a bike from Delfast approximately a year and a half ago. The bike worked for less than 6 months. I then sent an email to Delfast (well within warranty period). The bike would not power on after charging battery. Delfast first requested me to take a voltage meter (how many people have a voltage meter?) take a picture of the numbers coming from the battery it was low. Delfast then asked me to provide battery serial number i could access battery. ********************** asked me take a video of the bike while trying to power on and same while plugged in to the charger. It actually worked while plugged into charger obviously you can't ride a bike plugged into charger. Delfast then asked me to send it to a bike shop near where I live i delivered myself even though Delfast said they would cover cost to ship (kick stand was damaged in transport and i had to pay to buy a new one), it stayed at the bike shop for 2 months until shop said they did not have expertise to fix. Delfast then said take to ***************** near me, i did, after a month they said they did not have the expertise and requested i come pick up as it took up a lot of space at their shop (while at this shop Delfast sent a replacement battery but then requested it returned right away). I was then asked to ship battery back to Delfast for them to evaluate and Delfast want me to pay for shipping. After 9 months of doing what Delfast asked me to do Delfast is now telling me that only their headquarters in ******** ** can evaluate battery? I ask why I went through ALL those other steps to now be told those steps would not have been sufficient anyway? I paid a lot of money for this bike and missed out on prime time of year to use and i wonder if I will ever get to use? The promises Delfast made through this ordeal have not been met. Delfast seemingly can't be trusted for their word. I saved every e-mail throughout this ordeal so i can show what Delfast said and then did not do. Cool bike but HORRIBLE ************
