      Hello Im trying to return my purchase of the (Kinky Curly 3b-3c 16 inch hair) I sent a email to the company and I was given no response. And I also sent a message to BetterLength Instagram with photo proof of my purchase and pictures of the unopened product. The photo contains the email confirmation containing my purchase and order number. And I also attached a photo with my unopened hair.

      I placed an order for tape ins on March 28th, 2022 and paid for express shipping. I received confirmation and nothing else after that. I reached out after two weeks and was advised my order was being customized. I didn't place an order for a customized product. I was advised I had to wait 10-18 days. Today is April 20, 2022 and I have yet to receive any information about my order and it still says processing. At this point I just want a refund. Clearly there is a problem with this company. I have ordered from them in the past and never had this issue, prior orders were received within one week. They are falsely advertising express shipping and taking the consumers money when they are not offering express shipping for the product I ordered. The product is also advertised as if it is ready to ship and clearly it is not. Consumers should be made aware that the product is not ready made and cannot be shipped express. I seeking a full refund for my unfilled purchase. Not sure what is going on with this company but this does not reflect the service I received in the past and honesty with the consumers that support you would be greatly appreciated. Stop selling a product you don't have, this conduct will be the demise of your business. There are a lot of complaints out there for the same issues. Clearly there is an internal issue that's needs to be addressed.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      If possible, I would give them a negative 5 stars.

      A few months ago, I ordered better lengths micro lengths. After one month, I notified the company that the package had not arrived, even thought they claimed that it was delivered. They advised that I work with FED-X. Please note that it is the shipper that must file a claim when a package is lost. We have spent months going back and forth, without any progress. BetterLengths is refusing to contact the shipping company to file a claim. For several months, I have written emails to your customer service department to inform them that I have not received my package. Instead, of providing assistance, the company has passed *** responsibility onto the customer.

      This is WRONG! The shipper has the responsibility for contacting FED-X and filing a claim. Instead they keep insisting that the customer must file the claim. We have wasted many months; and as such, the package may never be found and they are refusing to provide me with a refund.

      In summary, do not work with this company. They are quick to respond when there is a possibility of a sale, but are unresponsive when there is a problem.

      The customer service is horrible!
