Divine Booth name of company Date ordered 3/30/24 Amount paid $159.60 For 16 bottles of Breathe Right Dendrobium Mullein( to help remove mucus from your lungs)Right now I just want a refund from this company I have been contacting since 3/30/24 asking for an invoice and tracking number. I havent heard a thing from them. Sent another message to them again today . date of buying it was back in May. I bought a foot massager to help me with my neuropathy but when i received it did not work.. I wrote back to the company Divine Booth. I got an answer back saying they would help me but since then I have written back to them every month and sometimes twice a month. They seemed to left the earth because I get NO answer from them anymore. All I am looking for is to replace the one I have with one that will work. I just wrote back to them again 3 weeks ago and still have NO answer.. All help with this would be very appreciatedInitial Complaint

I purchased a breathing unit, a case for the unit and a 10 pack of saline treatments for my breathing problems, on Jan 28,2023 at cost of ****** all I get from this company is its on its way I have requested a refund so I can go elsewhere to purchase it from someone else for I live in ******* and it is starting to heat up and I need it more now then I did in Jan. *** I still dont have anything . Im on disability and I dont have extra money to just spend more to go some where else at this price and just say forget it.Initial Complaint

I bought this nebulizer directly from there Divine Booth website as I saw it on Facebook and didn't trust them. I ordered about May 7th and they sent me an email that they are getting my order together and shipping it out. Order number: 60354 I paid $34.95 plus shipping $4.95 total $39.90. I received it in excellent shape, read the directions and waited close to 10 hours of charging time for the unit! It would not work. I used fresh batteries and it would not work. I sent them an email and they asked me to use a solution and sent them more videos of it not working. I have emailed quite a few times with no response!I emailed through their website and was asked again to send the videos of the machine that does not work. I did so again. I keep emailing and now I'm getting no response. I want my money back for this defective item.
