I would give this place a 0/5 if I could. We walked into the room and a light was flickering. There was only one bath towel, the toilet was running. I also noticed the bathroom sink was clogging up a little. We left at 5 pm and came back at 10:30. I went to brush my teeth and it was filling up more. My boyfriend and I decided to go talk to management. They only had one room left so we had to pack up our belongings at 10:30. The second one was no better. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned. No Kleenex and wanted to watch tv but we were told it didn't work as we had to go down to management for a second time. Also to mention, when we got there - there was a man that appeared to be a guest that was living there that was outside with no shirt on, Christmas lights hung inside room - door was open and he made me feel uncomfortable. The room had an odor of marijuana seeping heavily outside. I did not feel safe there. I went to talk to the lady in the morning about what she could do for us since it was very unpleasant. Not to mention, my boyfriend did not want to shower and just get out of there. The lady replied she is only a worker and could not do anything for us and to email the manager. I have emailed him twice with my concerns and what he could do. I have not even received one reply back. I feel like our stay was not up to standards and should be compensated some how. Rented a room but didn’t up staying because is was very dirty and sheets were dirty also, the room stinked very much. I asked for a better room said they didn’t have any available. It was a very trashy place ended up leaving and looking for a different hotel but they didn’t want to give me my money back
