I am VERY disappointed. They damaged my washer and dryer, by dropping them.  The dryer, I witnessed slide off the ramp of the moving truck, because his two movers were acting like lil children, arguing all day, and the man on the bottom had not secured hold of the dryer before the man on the top released it. I witnessed this and was left with a huge dent on the dryer pedestal and scratches on the glass door, he did take of $75. The dryer still works. The washing machine was dropped as well, although I did not see it happen. There are scratches on the glass and metal around the door as if something was scraped on the ground and a huge dent on the front where the door closes and another huge dent on the the left side of the washing machine pedestal. The lock no longer works and so I can't wash my clothes. My other items are damaged when I unwrapped to unpack them as well. They also broke my glass table top; there is damage to the bottom of my four month old sofa set. I was not going to make a big deal of the other items,  but Mr. ******** before leaving, stated he would order the part for the machine (because the door no longer locks) and when it came in he would fix. This was on 11/19/21 and he has not follow through on his promise. I now have to spend close to $300 to fix the lock for the door and live with the dents and scratches...my washer and dryer was only three years old and I paid good money for them. I will never use them again. ***** ********* is NOT a person of His Word. He is just a person with empty promises and bad business running practices. Also alot of stuff that should have been brought into the house and upstairs, was left behind larger items in the garage. They performed a sloppy and incomplete job. I have never had a move where my stuff was this damaged. Overall, I am very, very disappointed and now furious to see the damage to the washer. I have been not able to do my laundry for almost a month/repair is $300.
